Our Story
Nebula was founded with the vision to create a supportive environment where women from under-represented groups could come together to learn, grow, and uplift one another. In August 2023, our pilot retreat set the stage for Nebula’s future by focusing on mental health, resilience, and personal branding. Through this transformative experience, participants found new confidence, stronger networks, and a renewed sense of purpose. Today, these insights drive our program, guiding us as we build a pathway to inclusive leadership.
Nebula aims to identify and help prepare talented individuals for C-Suite and Board positions. Our vision is that diverse talent is proportionately represented across governance bodies driving business, academia and the not-for-profit sector.
